ALX Lift Services was founded by Will French following more than two decades working within the lift industry.
During that time, Will has worked across lift service, maintenance, repairs, modernisation, installation and operational leadership – giving ALX an understanding of both what happens in the lift shaft and what customers need from the company responsible for it.
ALX was created around a straightforward principle: do the job properly, communicate clearly and be there when the customer needs you. From individual buildings to complex portfolios, our aim is to provide the technical expertise of an established lift company with the responsiveness, accountability and personal service of an independent specialist.
